How many drops should you put in a diffuser?
Generally, we recommend between 5 and 10 drops. At first, it’s a matter of testing to find the perfect amount for each person and each oil. The size of the room also makes a big difference. If the room is small, you’ll need less essential oil. The key is to experiment.
