Shipping policies

Shipping options:

- 12 flat-rate shipping within Canada (with the exception of certain remote regions such as Northern Quebec, Gaspésie, Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Nunavik (postal codes beginning with J0M), Northwest Territories are examples).

- Purchases of $75 or more, free delivery (with the exception of certain remote regions such as Northern Quebec, Gaspésie, Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Nunavik (postal codes beginning with J0M), North West territories are examples). An additional charge may apply once the order has been received.

Shipping address error

If you have just placed your order, send us a message at info@saponaria.ca to inform us of the error. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to correct the shipping address before your order is shipped, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been confirmed. If your order has been shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company and ask them to update the address.

When an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, the delivery company will charge us again for the full price of returning the order to our workshop. In order to reship your order again, we will be obliged to charge you the full cost of the associated transport (i.e. return and reshipment). The order will not be refunded if you decide to cancel.


Order cancellation

We charge little or no delivery fees, but the reality is that it costs more than $15 to return an order in a central city, and even more in the suburbs. For this reason, we don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless it's due to a defect or error on our part. If this is the case, please contact us at info@saponaria.ca with a photo of the problem. No cancellations are allowed on shipped items.

Returns:

Given the nature of our products, it is not possible to return a product; all our sales are final. If you have a particular problem with a product, please contact us at info@saponaria.ca. We do not exchange or refund products that are not faulty. We do not take back products for reasons of taste, change of mind, allergies or other personal reasons.
